Collin graduated from the University of Missouri in 2011 and the Georgetown University Law Center in 2022. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and various federal courts. Collin also holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Collin's experience includes working in-house at an international union and representing clients in labor arbitrations, in matters before the NLRB, and representing multiemployer pension funds in ERISA delinquency matters.

Prior to attending law school, Collin served as an active-duty officer in the United States Army, serving in Afghanistan. Collin continues to serve in the Army Reserve.
