Our Firm

Established in 1979, the attorneys in our firm represent labor organizations and their members, multi-employer jointly-managed (Taft-Hartley) employee benefit plans and their trustees, as well as public employee benefit plans and their trustees.
The Firm’s attorneys represent our Union clients in federal and state courts as well as in administrative proceedings before various federal and state agencies.  We represent our employee benefit plan clients and their Trustees in both litigation and compliance matters.
Our compliance attorneys provide plan design and plan administration counseling, representation of employee benefit plans before federal agencies, and compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
Firm attorneys represent routinely handle employee benefit plan litigation in court including benefit claims, appeals under ERISA, bankruptcy, subrogation, delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability litigation.
Arnold, Newbold, Sollars & Hollins, P.C. represents unions in the private and public sectors on a local, regional and national basis.  Our labor and employment attorneys provide advice and guidance to our Union clients regarding Union organizing, economic and informational campaigns involving picketing, bannering and handbilling, complying with federal and state labor laws and enforcing their collective bargaining agreements.  Our labor and employment attorneys have experience representing Unions in labor arbitration proceedings, before the National Labor Relations Board and in various federal and state courts.
