Michael C. Arnold
Michael C. Arnold was born in 1947 and admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1975. He is a 1975 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, with distinction, and the University of Missouri-Columbia, cum laude in 1969.
Mr. Arnold has litigated ERISA cases (including benefits claims) and labor cases in the Federal Courts of Kansas, Missouri and Texas and has presented appellate arguments in the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. Mr. Arnold has represented trustees and Fund representatives in Grand Jury proceedings and investigations by the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Arnold regularly attends Pension Fund, Welfare Fund, and Vacation Fund Boards of Trustees meetings. Mr. Arnold is a member of several organizations relating to labor and employee benefit law and has been a speaker or moderator at various programs.
